Prices
All prices are in UK Pounds and are subject to change without notice. All prices displayed exclude VAT. VAT will be added to the total at the current applicable rate.
Availability
Our system automatically acknowledges receipt of your order, but mere acknowledgement of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer to purchase the item(s).
Although we endeavor to hold stock of all items on our site this cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, by acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a binding obligation to supply what you have ordered, in the event that we do not hold stock.
In the event of unavailability for whatever reason we will advise you of the position when we receive your order and await your subsequent instructions.
Orders
You may order on-line using the on-line order form. Please communicate any special order requirements by sending an email to mail@chailounge.co.uk. We will review your requirements and endeavor to fulfill your request, but can not guarantee to do so.
Delivery
Orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours. Wherever possible, orders received before noon will be dispatched the same day. Normal postal lead times are: UK destinations 1-3 days, Europe 3-5 days, all other areas worldwide 5-10 days, but please allow up to twenty-one days for delivery. We will always do our best to inform you about any delay. Delivery is charged to European addresses at £5 and the rest of the world at £10. Free delivery is currently only available to addresses within the UK.
Returns and exchanges
We aim to keep the return or exchange process as simple as possible.
We believe you will be delighted with your purchases but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where foodstuffs have been opened – unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

Customer Support and Service
If you need to contact us our offices are open (Monday to Saturday), 9.00am - 5.00pm, outside those hours you can either leave a message on the answer phone, fax us or e-mail us using the contact details specified on Contact Us.
We welcome all feedback about our service and try to deal with any difficulties or problems as quickly as possible. In most cases any problems can be resolved immediately by phone but if not we will advise you within 72 hours with an expected timescale for solving the issue.
Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998)
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address and delivery address. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status. We also ask you for your telephone number that enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. We DO NOT receive your credit card details. Our payment gate providers "Nochex" processes these on our behalf on their own secure servers for your protection
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
If you do not want us to send you any marketing material in the future please tell us using the link mail@chailounge.co.uk or by logging in and editing your details.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and in the event of any dispute will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales .
