Dulce de Leche (literally "sweet milk") is the dominant spread, ice cream flavour and dessert filling in Argentina, with a growing popularity in the USA and Europe.
Similar products are known across the world. However, Ché Toffee ® is the first Dulce de Leche certified organic in Europe, produced with milk coming from cows that freely graze pesticide-free fields in the vast Argentine Pampas.
Whilst many milk-based caramels, toffees or fudges include butter, cream, skimmed powder milk, artificial colourants and flavorings, Dulce de Leche is made of only full-fat organic milk, organic white cane sugar, and sodium bicarbonate as acidity regulator.
The result is a sweet & indulgent spread, with a mouth-watering taste that appeals to those with a sweet tooth of all ages.
